Art Specifications
When submitting artwork, please follow these guidelines:
File Formats
- Macintosh format
- Artwork on Zip disk or CD ROM or via e-mail.
- Quark, Illustrator, Freehand, Photoshop
- Files must have proper extensions:
.qxd, .ai, .eps, .psd, .tif
- All fonts should be converted to curves or fonts should be included.
- Photos must be a minimum of 300 dpi.
- All files must be CMYK
Supporting Documents
- Color printout or laser copy of composite file.
- Please include a printout of contents of disk.
Fonts
- When not converting fonts to outlines, please include all printer and screen fonts.
- Do not use "Style" menu for type-styles, use the actual font.
Traps
- Our printer will provide traps.
Art Formats
- Trim size is 3 3/8" x 2 1/8". Please add 1/8" bleed on all sides.
- Radius corners are 1/8".
- Place all critical items such as logos, product verbiage, etc., at least 1/8? from trim.

When sending your files on disk, please be sure to include a return address. This will ensure your disk is returned upon completion of the job.
